Here you will find all of my birth/postpartum offerings and what they entail. I am happy to alter many of these offerings to cater to individual needs. I am currently serving areas including Nelson, Salmo, Trail, Castlegar, Balfour and everywhere inbetween!
Birth Work Offerings
Birth Doula Care
Starting at $1100 (payment plans available)
This package includes:
2-3 prenatal visits
Ongoing support via text message/email or phone call from moment of hire
TENS Machine use during labour
On call from 36 weeks onwards
In person support during labour and birth
An extensive lending library of books
One 3 hour postpartum visit
Postpartum Day Support
$35/hour (min. 3 hours) *10% discount for bundles
This service includes:
Help with feeding, understanding your baby’s queues
Meal prep for you and your family
Light housework and cleaning
Support debriefing/writing birth story
Direction navigating your postpartum feelings
Access to extensive lending library of books
And many other supports based on your needs!
Postpartum Night Support
$40/hour (min. 8 hours) *10% discount for bundles
This service includes:
Help with night feeding, understanding your baby’s queues, choosing the right sleep set up for your family
Meal prep for you and your family
Light housework and cleaning
Sleep support for you and your family
Direction navigating your postpartum feelings
Access to extensive lending library of books
And many other supports based on your needs!
