Birth Doula Care

Starting at $1100 (payment plans available)

It is my goal to make your birth and the months leading up to it as fun, exciting and worry free as possible. There are many unexpected moments throughout pregnancy and birth and having a grounded, care centered ally is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself and your family during this time. I am committed to supporting all people regardless of race, sexuality, gender orientation, or otherwise. All are welcome and safe here.

I am currently offering birth doula support in Nelson, Salmo, Balfour, Castlegar, Trail and all surrounding areas.

Postpartum Support

Starting at $35/hour *10% discount for bundles

The first days and months postpartum can really take people by surprise. This surprise is not reserved to first time parents. Every child is unique and sometimes depending on our birth outcomes and other factors outside of pregnancy and birth, life feels harder to navigate postpartum than one might expect. This care is designed to ease the heaviness one might be feeling postpartum and to support the connection between parent and child.

I am currently offering postpartum doula care in Nelson, Salmo, Balfour, Castlegar, Trail and all surrounding areas.

Breathwork facilitation

I am currently in training and therefore PWYC

Breathwork and birth work go hand in hand. Years ago breathing was the first thing taught in childbirth education as people took back the right to birth without forced medications. Your breath is central to your nervous system and your emotional response to pain. I will guide you through breathwork routines that are safe to practice while pregnant and postpartum. And help you create a breathing routine to carry with you through parenthood and beyond.

I am currently offering breathwork facilitation in person in Nelson and surrounding area. Virtual support is available for those more than 35km from Nelson, BC.
